Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon.
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Flat rate of $4.99 on orders under $100. Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day typically ship the same day or the next. Weekend and US holiday orders ship the following business day.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also check status by logging into your account.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email returns@carterx.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund it.
What if my package is marked delivered but I never received it?
Contact returns@carterx.com within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
Yes. We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on first orders. If your CARTERˣ order doesn't meet your standard, we'll refund it. No questions. Full policy available on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@carterx.com with your order number. We'll respond within one business day with a prepaid return label and the return address.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
Are shipping charges refunded?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is covered by us via prepaid label.
Can I return more than one order?
The CARTERˣ Promise applies to your first order only. Subsequent orders are not eligible for the guarantee, but we'll always make it right on damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
What about subscription orders?
The CARTERˣ Promise applies to your first SYSTEMˣ shipment only. Subsequent shipments are not eligible for refund. You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription anytime before your next billing date.
What is SYSTEMˣ?
SYSTEMˣ is our subscription system. It bundles CARTERˣ products into three tiers (CORE, PRO, ELITE) at a discounted monthly rate, delivered on a recurring schedule.
How do the tiers work?
- CORE: The foundation layer. Daily Hydration, Creatine, Omega-3, Multivitamin.
- PRO: CORE plus daily protein. Adds Whey Protein Isolate.
- ELITE: The complete range. PRO stack plus Pre-Workout and Hydration + BCAAs for training days.
How much do I save with SYSTEMˣ?
SYSTEMˣ subscriptions deliver up to 50% off compared to one-time purchases. Discount applies automatically at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my subscription?
Yes, anytime. You have full control from your account dashboard. Add or remove products, modify upcoming shipments, skip a delivery, or cancel entirely.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Log into your account, go to "Manage Subscription," and choose "Skip Next Order." Your subscription resumes on the next scheduled cycle.
When is my next shipment?
Your next shipment date is shown on your account dashboard. You'll also receive an email reminder 7 days before each charge.
How do I change my address or payment method?
Both can be updated from your account dashboard under "Subscriptions." Changes must be made before your next shipment is processed.
What if I want to swap products in my subscription?
Add or swap products anytime from your account dashboard. Changes apply to your next shipment.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. SYSTEMˣ subscriptions renew every 30 days. Cancel anytime from your account.
What happens if a SYSTEMˣ product is out of stock?
We'll notify you and either substitute another product (with your approval) or pause that line item until restocked. Your subscription will not be charged for missing items.
How do I know which CARTERˣ products are right for me?
Start with the Foundation Four (Hydration, Creatine, Omega-3, Multivitamin). These are the daily essentials almost everyone benefits from. Add Whey Protein Isolate if you train regularly. Add Pre-Workout and Hydration + BCAAs if you train hard or do long sessions. Each product page has a full breakdown of who it's built for.
When should I take each product?
Each product page includes timing recommendations. As a general guide:
- Multivitamin, Omega-3: at night time after your last meal.
- Hydration, Creatine: anytime during the day, or before/during training.
- Whey Protein Isolate: first thing in the morning, within an hour of training, or between meals.
- Pre-Workout: 20 to 30 minutes before training.
- Hydration + BCAAs: during training sessions.
Can I take multiple CARTERˣ products together?
Yes. The range is built to stack. SYSTEMˣ tiers are designed around exactly this framework.
How do I mix the stick packs?
Tear open, pour into 26 ounces of water, shake, drink. Whey Protein Isolate and Pre-Workout work best with a shaker for full mixing.
Why stick packs instead of tubs?
Single-serve packs guarantee accurate dosing every time, eliminate scoop variance, travel well in any bag, and extend freshness compared to tubs. The format also means you're never carrying around an oversized container.
Can I take CARTERˣ products if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any supplement during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Can my teenager use CARTERˣ?
CARTERˣ products are formulated for adults 18 and older. Some products (Hydration, Multivitamin) may be appropriate for teen athletes under healthcare provider guidance.
Are CARTERˣ products safe for daily, long-term use?
Yes. All products are formulated for daily use at the dosages indicated on the label.
Can I take CARTERˣ with prescription medication?
If you're taking prescription medications, particularly blood thinners, diabetes medication, thyroid medication, or any chronic prescription, consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.
Are CARTERˣ products third-party tested?
Yes. Every ingredient is independently tested for purity, potency, and contaminants before production to ensure quality in every formula. Because of the number of ingredients in each formula it is uneconomical to test every ingredient again after production.
Where are CARTERˣ products manufactured?
All CARTERˣ products are manufactured in the USA in FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facilities, using domestic and international ingredients.
Is CARTERˣ NSF Certified for Sport?
NSF Certified for Sport certification is in progress. We'll announce as certifications complete. In the meantime, every ingredient is third-party tested and produced in cGMP-registered facilities.
Are CARTERˣ products non-GMO?
Yes. All CARTERˣ formulas use non-GMO ingredients.
Do CARTERˣ products contain artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners?
No. Every CARTERˣ product uses only natural flavors, natural colors, and natural sweeteners.
What sweeteners do you use?
Our flavored products use stevia, a natural sweetener. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.
What are branded ingredients like TRAACS®, Cognizin®, and AstraGin®?
Branded ingredients are patented, standardized forms of supplement ingredients with their own clinical research. They cost more than generic alternatives but come with verified specifications and study-backed dosing. We use them where the science earns the cost. Why are your doses higher than other brands?
Most supplement brands use sub-clinical doses (the "pixie dust" approach) so they can list ingredients on the label without committing to the cost of effective amounts. Every CARTERˣ formula is built at the dose used in the research that established the ingredient's effects. More on this in our Clinical Dose vs Pixie Dust article.
Are CARTERˣ products gluten-free?
Yes. All CARTERˣ products are formulated without gluten.
Are CARTERˣ products dairy-free?
Most products are dairy-free. Whey Protein Isolate is derived from dairy. The remaining range (Hydration, Creatine, Omega-3, Multivitamin, Pre-Workout, Hydration + BCAAs) is dairy-free.
Are CARTERˣ products vegan?
Multivitamin, Creatine, Hydration, Pre-Workout, and Hydration + BCAAs are vegan. Omega-3 is sourced from fish oil. Whey Protein Isolate is derived from dairy.
Do CARTERˣ products contain soy?
No CARTERˣ formulas use soy.
Are CARTERˣ products manufactured in allergen-free facilities?
Our manufacturing facilities follow strict allergen control protocols. If you have severe allergies, please review the full ingredient list on each product page, or email contact@carterx.com for specifics on any product.
Are CARTERˣ products keto-friendly?
Most products contain zero added sugar and minimal carbohydrates. Whey Protein Isolate fits comfortably in a keto framework at standard daily servings.
Are CARTERˣ products intermittent fasting friendly?
Hydration, Creatine, and Multivitamin can typically be taken during a fasted window without breaking a fast. Whey Protein Isolate and Omega-3 contain calories or amino acids that may break a strict fast. Check with your provider if you follow a specific fasting protocol.
How do I create an account?
A CARTERˣ account is created automatically when you place your first order. To sign in any time, visit /a/account. An account gives you order tracking, faster checkout, and access to manage any subscriptions.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available.
How do I view past orders?
Log into your account and visit the "Orders" section. All past orders, tracking, and invoices are stored there.
Can I change or cancel an order after it's placed?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at contact@carterx.com and we'll do our best to catch it before fulfillment. After 1 hour, orders enter the warehouse and may not be cancellable.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. CARTERˣ gift cards are available from $25 to $500 and never expire.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Subscription discounts apply automatically and stack with most promotional codes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is HSA/FSA payment accepted?
HSA/FSA eligibility is product-dependent and currently in review. We'll announce updates as certifications are completed.
When is my card charged?
One-time orders are charged at checkout. Subscriptions are charged on each shipment date, with an email reminder 3 days before charge.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Shopify's PCI-compliant payment processing. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Do you have an affiliate or ambassador program?
