Every CARTERˣ order is built to the Platinum Standard - from the formula to the way it arrives at your door.

Where we ship.
We ship to a growing list of countries. Available regions, rates, and delivery options for your address are shown at checkout.

Rates and delivery.
Shipping rates and any free-shipping thresholds depend on your region and order value, and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, typically within 1–2 business days of order placement. You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order leaves our warehouse. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Customs and duties.
For orders shipped outside the U.S., any applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees are charged to and payable by the recipient. These are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout (unless explicitly stated).

Something went wrong?
Inspect your order on arrival. If it’s missing, damaged, or wrong, email contact@carterx.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it or refund it.

If your CARTERˣ order doesn’t meet your standards, we’ll refund it. No questions.

How it works.

• 30 days from delivery to request a refund
• Available on your first CARTERˣ order
• One refund per customer, per household
• Opened or unopened - all eligible products covered

How to start a refund.
Email returns@carterx.com with your order number and the reason why you weren't satisfied. We’ll respond within one business day with a prepaid return label and the return address.

Refund timing.
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email returns@carterx.com.

SYSTEMˣ bundles and other subscription products bill automatically on the cadence you select (typically every 30 days). Your payment method on file is charged the then-current price at the time of each shipment, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

Managing your subscription.
You can pause, skip, swap flavors, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard before your next billing date. No fees, no commitment.

Cancellations take effect immediately. If a shipment is already in fulfillment when you cancel, that one still ships and is billed; the next cycle is stopped.

Refunds on subscription orders.
The CARTERˣ Promise applies to your first SYSTEMˣ shipment only. Subsequent shipments are not eligible for a refund.

Pre-orders.
If you place a pre-order for an out-of-stock or upcoming product, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and charge the full or remaining balance closer to fulfillment. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order before it ships. Once fulfilled, the order is governed by the The CARTERˣ Promise.

• Gift cards are not refundable
• Sale and promotional items are final unless stated otherwise at purchase
• Accessories (bottles, shakers) are returnable unopened only
• Bulk, wholesale, and reseller orders are not eligible for The CARTERˣ Promise
• Repeat orders of the same product are not eligible

The CARTERˣ Promise exists so you can try CARTERˣ products with confidence on your first order. We reserve the right to decline refund requests or restrict future orders in cases of suspected abuse - including repeat refund claims across multiple accounts, names, or shipping addresses, returns made in bad faith, or any attempt to exploit the policy.
